Swedish Sales Administrator Permanent

In the role of International Sales Administrator, you will provide first line support to the Nordic Sales team.  The products will be top of the range, branded and in many times exclusive, ranges of mobile phone accessories.

Established in 2002 my client has achieved year on year growth and employs over 60 people, across the UK, Germany and the Netherlands.

My client are totally committed to both their manufacturers and customers; their aim – to deliver the latest device accessories on time. This means that with great account management and marketing support they can focus and invest time to help their customers sell on the brands to their customers.

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing Amazon orders on their online portal
  • Comparing our stock levels on the online portal to back ordered products
  • Administration support to the Nordic & German office
  • Sales and purchase order processing
  • Order stock and process relevant sales order
  • Customer service, answering a variety of customer queries
  • Keep an accurate log of customer calls and email messages
  • Liaise with the warehouse
  • General support to the sales team
  • General administration duties
  • Any other reasonable management request


  • Fluent in Swedish and English
  • German and other Nordic languages an advantage
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Able to work to deadlines
  • Liaise with all levels of staff within the business
  • Can do attitude and willing to muck in
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Attention to detail
  • Word Excel PowerPoint
